NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S SALE
WHEREAS, on 12/09/2002, JIMMY R. FREEMAN executed a promissory note payable to the order of EQUIFIRST CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the aforesaid promissory note was secured by a Deed of Trust dated 12/09/2002, executed by JIMMY R. FREEMAN AND MAXINE FREEMAN and being recorded on 12/13/2002 in Book 1258, Page 026 of the records of the Forrest County, State of Mississippi; and which aforesaid Instrument conveys to GEORGE W. SCHMIDT, II, Trustee and to EQUIFIRST CORPORATION, as Beneficiary, the hereinafter described property; and
WHEREAS, EQUIFIRST CORPORATION by its attorney in fact Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC assigned said Deed of Trust to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Equifirst Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-2, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-2 via an instrument filed of record on April 10, 2015 and in Book 2007, Page 0420 and Instrument No. 732177 in the office of the Clerk of the Forrest County, State of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR EQUIFIRST MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2003-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-2 appointed WESTERN PROGRESSIVE - MISSISSIPPI, INC., as Substitute Trustee in the place of the aforementioned original Trustee via an instrument dated 10/22/2025 and record on 10/27/2025 in Book 2603, Page 616 and Instrument No. 882390 of the records of the Forrest County, State of Mississippi and
WHEREAS, default having occurred under the terms and conditions of said promissory note and Deed of Trust and the holder having declared the entire balance due and payable; and
WHEREAS, Western Progressive - Mississippi, Inc., the Substituted Trustee in said Deed of Trust will on 11/26/2025, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., offer for sale and will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the At Northeast Rear Entrance, Paul B. Johnson Chancery Building, 641 North Main Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39401, the following described property located and situated in Forrest County, Mississippi, to wit:

DUNN SURVEY OR SUBDIVISION OF SECTION 5 TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST IN THE COUNTY OF FORREST, STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT FIVE (5) AND RUNNING THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTHERLY MARGIN OF SEVENTH STREET FOR 60 FEET, THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES NORTH FOR 150 FEET, THENCE AT WEST FOR 60 FEET, THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES SOUTH FOR 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS LYING THEREON AND APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO BELONGING.
