Calton, Deceased, whose last known address is 8810 Stoneman Road, Streetsboro, OH 44241, will take notice that on 07/31/2021, Reliant Loan Servicing LLC filed its Complaint in the Portage County Court of Common Pleas at 203 West Main Street, P.O. Box 1035, Ravenna, OH 44266, assigned Case No. 2021CV00426 and styled Reliant Loan Servicing LLC vs. Michael L. Calton, AKA Michael Calton, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Cross-claim is to foreclose the lien of Defendant Citibank, N.A. not in its individual capacity, but solely as Owner Trustee of the New Reisdential Mortgage Loan Trust 2019-6's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Defendant Citibank, N.A. not in its individual capacity, but solely as Owner Trustee of the New Reisdential Mortgage Loan Trust 2019-6 alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
