HILLSDALE COUNTY RECREATION PLAN NOTICE OF REVIEW   Hillsdale County has developed an update of its Five-Year Recreation Master Plan. The plan is based on the Guidelines for Community Park, Recreation, Open Space and Greenway Plans as published by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. It evaluates existing recreation opportunities, reviews public opinion regarding recreating, set goals and objectives, and proposes potential park improvements for the next five years. To participate in the public’s opinion Hillsdale County Parks Recreation has created a survey to gather the public’s opinion. By completing the plan, they will be able to apply grants to assist in improving the local parks.
