The legal father, Jose Hernildo Gomez Chan, is Hispanic and was born December 21, 1981. The legal father is 44 years of age, 5 feet tall, weighs approximately 209 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes and no tattoos. All other physical characteristics and his residence address are unknown and cannot be reasonably ascertained.
