TWO CERTAIN LOTS OR PARCELS OF GROUND SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, STATE OF LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE RIGHTS, WAYS, SERVITUDES, PRIVILEGES, APPURTENANCE AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING, MORE FULLY SHOWN ON SURVEY OF RICHOUX-ARCEMENT SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN RACELAND, LOUISIANA, ABOUT 14 MILES BELOW THE CITY OF THIBODAUX, LOUISIANA, DATED JULY 12, 1957, MADE BY GEORGE BERGERON JR. SURVEYOR, A COPY OF SAID MAP HAVING BEEN FILED WITH THE CLERK OF COURT, AT THIBODAUX LOUISIANA, ON AUGUST 3, 1957, UNDER ENTRY NO. 152151 OF THE RECORDS OF THE PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, STATE OF LOUISIANA, TO WHICH PLAT REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO THE SAME EXTENT THE SAID PROPERTY IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 1 OF BLOCK 6, FRONTING 60 FEET IN WIDTH ON ST. PHILIP STREET, SAME WIDTH IN THE REAR, BY A DEPTH BETWEEN EQUAL AND PARALLEL LINES OF SEVENTY SIX (76) FEET. SAID LOT IS BOUNDED IN THE FRONT BY ST. PHILIP STREET, IN THE REAR BY A PUBLIC STREET, ON THE SIDE TOWARDS BAYOU LAFOURCHE BY 3RD STREET AND ON THE SIDE TOWARDS THE FORTY ARPENT LINE BY LOT 2 OF BLOCK 6.
LOT 2 OF BLOCK 6, FRONTING 60 FEET IN WIDTH ON ST. PHILIP STREET, SAME WIDTH IN THE REAR, BY A DEPTH BETWEEN EQUAL AND PARALLEL LINES OF SEVENTY SIX (76) FEET. SAID LOT IS BOUNDED IN THE FRONT BY ST. PHILIP STREET, IN THE REAR BY A PUBLIC STREET, ON THE SIDE TOWARDS BAYOU LAFOURCHE BY LOT 1 OF BLOCK 6 AND ON THE SIDE TOWARDS THE FORTY ARPENT LINE BY LOT 3 OF BLOCK 6; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $114429.58 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
