LEGAL NOTICE ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE TOWN OF GREENVILLE FIRE DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Town of Greenville Fire District will take place on Tuesday December 9, 2025 between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Greenville Town Hall (Senior Center) located at 1537 US Highway 6 Port Jervis, New York 12771 for the purposes of: 1) electing one Commissioner for a five (5) year term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31,2030. Candidates for the office of Fire District Commissioner shall file with the Secretary of the Town of Greenville Fire District, at the address below no later than 5:00 PM on November 19, 2025 a written statement containing their name, the specific office they are seeking (commissioner for a 5-year term), and a duly executed petition(s) subscribed by at least twenty-five qualified voters of the Fire District. Only those persons who are residents of the Town of Greenville Fire District on or before November 10, 2025 and who are registered to vote with the Orange County Board of Elections on or before November 17, 2025 shall be eligible to vote in this Annual Election.
