Notice of foreclosure by advertisement. Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following condominium association lien will be foreclosed by a sale of the condominium unit at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in Emmet County, starting promptly at 9:00 a.m, on December 3, 2025. The amount due may be greater on the day of the sale. Placing the highest bid at the sale does not automatically entitle the purchaser to free and clear ownership of the property. The mortgaged property that will be sold is located in LITTLE TRAVERSE TOWNSHIP, EMMET COUNTY, MICHIGAN, and is more particularly described as: Use Period No. 21, being an undivided two percent (2%) condominium interest in Unit 5, Harbor Cove, a condominium according to the Master Deed recorded in Liber 266, Pages 858 through 895, inclusive, as amended, Emmet County Records, designated as Emmet County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 14, together with rights in general common elements and limited common elements as set forth in said Master Deed and as described in Act 59 of the Public Acts of 1978, as amended. The street address of this property is 277 Harbor Drive East #5, Harbor Springs, Michigan 49740. The owner of record is Ann M. Strnad, 135 Beacon Point Parkway, Flushing, Michigan 48433. The redemption period after the sale of the mortgaged property will be six months, except that if this property is determined to have been abandoned according to MCL §600.3241a, the redemption period will be 30 days from the date of sale or 15 days from the date the required notice of abandonment is posted and mailed, whichever is later, after which after which Ann M. Strnad and all persons claiming through or under her will be forever barred from all equity of redemption.
