HEARING ROOM BARNSTABLE TOWN HALL, 2ND FLOOR, 367 MAIN STREET, HYANNIS, MA SCENIC ROAD APPLICATION 105 SCUDDER’S LANE, BARNSTABLE To all persons deemed interested in the Planning Board acting under the General Laws of the Town of Barnstable, Chapter 180, you are hereby notified of a Public Hearing to consider a request for a Scenic Road application at 105 Scudder’s Lane in Barnstable. The applicant, Thomas and Patricia Butler, has requested permission to create two new curb cuts and remove portion of an existing stone wall to accommodate a semi-circular driveway. The applicant also seeks to extend the existing stonewall to close off an existing curb cut. The subject property is located at Assessors Map 258, Parcel 014. The Planning Board meeting shall take place in person at the James H. Crocker, Jr. Hearing Room, Barnstable Town Hall, 2nd floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA.
