BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy an AMENDED WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 10th day of December, 2025 the following property to-wit:

A certain piece, parcel or lot of ground, together with all rights, ways and privileges thereunto belonging, situated in the City of Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being lot twenty one (21) and the east one half (1/2) of lot twenty two (22) of block "M" of Martin Park Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in plat book 14, pages 150 & 151 of the records of Rapides Parish, LA.
