The current permit has an expiration date of December 24, 2025. This renewal is being processed to extend the current approvals while the Department reviews potential modifications proposed by the permittee. Any modifications to the permit will be processed as a separate action from this renewal and will include opportunity for public comment and participation. A new four-year permit term is proposed.
