PUBLIC NOTICE    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Buckingham Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. in the Buckingham Township Building, 4613 Hughesian Drive, Buckingham, Pennsylvania to consider:    7:30 pm - Application of Vampire Art Museum & Paranormal Activity LLC for property located at 3686 Route 202, in the Township (TMP No. 06-001-014). The Applicant requests a variance from Article 8, Section 801.A of the Ordinance, to operate a museum classified under the Buckingham Township Zoning Ordinance as a use C4 museum, a use not permitted in the R-1 Residential District.   8:00 pm – Application of Robert Beighley for property located at 3879 Charter Club Drive, in the Township (TMP No. 6-66-50). The Application requests a variance from the provisions of Section 1602.A of the Zoning Ordinance to permit construction of an addition to the attached garage which would have a side yard setback of 14.7 feet where 30 feet is required.    Copies of the Application are available for inspection by the public at the Buckingham Township Building, 4613 Hughesian Drive, Buckingham, Pennsylvania and the office of this publication during regular business hours.    Terry W.
