TOWNSHIP OF ANTRIM PUBLIC NOTICE   NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING POSSIBLE ENACTMENT OF A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LOCAL ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION TAX ASSISTANCE (LERTA) PROGRAM PROVIDING FOR TAX EXEMPTION FOR CERTAIN ADDITIONAL DETERIORATED AREAS AND REMOVING OTHER AREAS WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP. Please take notice that the Antrim Township Board of Supervisors shall be holding a public hearing in accordance with the Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance (LERTA) Act. The purpose of the hearing shall be to gather public comments concerning tax exemption for certain additional deteriorated areas within the Township, including, but not limited to properties located in the southern portion of the Township that border on the Pennsylvania/Maryland State Line in the area of Greenmount Road and removing certain undeveloped properties around I-81 Exit 3 and Exit 5. The public hearing shall be held on November 25, 2025, at approximately 7:00 P.M., at the Township office building located at 10655 Antrim Church Road, Greencastle (Antrim Township), Franklin County, Pennsylvania. The Board intends on considering enactment of the proposed Resolution after the public hearing during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board to be held at the Township office building. Please take further notice that copies of the proposed Resolution may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof from the Township Secretary at the Township office building.
