DR25-0002 (PP25-0002 ) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, TO CONSIDER A REQUEST TO APPROVE A DESIGN REVIEW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 9,756 SQUARE FOOT ONE-STORY INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE BUILDING AT 34501 SPYDER CIRCLE PROJECT LOCATION: 34501 Spyder Circle (APN 694-240-019) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Najafi Enterprises, LLC (Applicant and Owner) is proposing a new 9,756 square foot warehouse building (Project), located at 34501 Spyder Circle which is south of Dinah Shore Drive and north of Dick Kelly Drive (Assessor's Parcel Number 694-240-019). The project includes 18 parking stalls that include 5 interior spaces, one (1) van accessible handicapped space, and two (2) electrical vehicle spaces. The project includes a trash enclosure, on-site landscaping, and perimeter block wall. The project is in the Service Industrial (SI) District. PUBLIC HEARING: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Architectural Review Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, will hold a Public Hearing at its meeting on November 25, 2025. The Planning Commission meeting begins at 12:30 p.m. in the Administrative Conference Room at 73510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, California. Pursuant to Assembly Bill 2449, this meeting may be conducted as a hybrid meeting, allowing public access via teleconference or in person.
