Whalen, whose last known address is 801 Quinby Avenue, Wooster, OH 44691, Jane Doe, Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse of Shawn Whalen (if any), whose last known address is 801 Quinby Avenue, Wooster, OH 44691, will take notice that on August 25, 2025, U.S. Bank National Association filed its Complaint in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas at 115 Central Plaza North, Canton, OH 44702, assigned Case No. 2025CV01891 and styled U.S. Bank National Association vs. John Doe, Names Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Barbara A. Whalen, and their unknown spouses and creditors; and the unknown spouse of Barbara A. Whalen, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
