YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the above-referenced action has been filed by Plaintiffs seeking to quiet title to real property located on Lizard Lane, Umatilla, Florida, 32784, which property is located in Lake County, Florida, and which is more particularly described as:
A part of Government Lot 1 in Section 13, Township 18 South, Range 25 East, lying and being in Lake County, Florida, described as follows:
From the NW corner of the East ½ of Government Lot 1 run Easterly along the North line of Section 13 a distance of 33 feet, thence N. 00°03’50” E. 200 feet, then S. 89°43’10” E. a distance of 196.28 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S. 00°10’40” E. 50.00 feet, thence S. 89°43’10” E. 200 feet, then N. 00°04’03” W. 50.00 feet, thence West 200 feet to the Point of Beginning.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiffs’
