NOTICE OF SHREWSBURY TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING & ZONING HEARING   Notice is hereby given that the Shrewsbury Township Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on November 19, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. and the Shrewsbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on November 25, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., at 12341 Susquehanna Trail South, Glen Rock, PA 17327. The following application will be heard by the Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Board.   Application #2025-05, Thomas L. & Stacy L. Burchett, Maple Spring Farms Partnership are requesting a Variance to Zoning Ordinance Section 27-404.3.B to exceed the maximum lot size requirement in the Agricultural District.
