BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 9/19/24, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 12/17/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
One certain lot of ground situated in addendum No. One (1) to Acadialand Subdivision in the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana, being shown and designated on a plan of said addendum No. 1 to Acadialand Subdivision made by DeFraites Associates, Inc., certified by Bernard B. Davis, C.E., dated March 10, 1972, and on file in the office of the Clerk of Court of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, at C.B. 536, Page 647, under entry No. 421048, and Map No. 3297, as lot No. Forty-three (43) of block No. Ten (10) of addendum No. One (1) to Acadialand Subdivision, said lot measuring thirty-six and 89/100 (36.89') feet front along a curve on the southeast side of Nixon Drive, by depth one hundred sixteen and 71/100 (116.71) feet along the northern line and by depth of eighty-two and 44/100 (82.44') feet along the western line and by depth of one hundred nine and 98/100 (109.98') feet along the southern line and by depth of twenty (20') feet along the eastern line: said lot being bounded on the southwest by Nixon Drive, on the west by Lot 42 of block 10, on the north by Lot 44 of block 10, on the east by lot 45 of block 10 and on the south by Texas & N.O. Railroad Co. (Southern Pacific); together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $16947.97, along
