The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by Helen Halstead AKA Helen Halstead (who died on May 14, 2023, a resident of the county of Orange, State of New York) dated the April 15, 2008, to secure the sum of $292,500.00 and recorded at Book 12750, Page 1287 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk on November 13, 2008. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed November 14, 2012 and recorded on January 25, 2013, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 13493, Page 261. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed September 1, 2022 and recorded on September 12, 2022, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 15306, Page 1230.
