NOTICE OF INTENT TO ABANDON CITY RIGHT OF WAY The City of Glendale is providing notice that it intends to abandon City right-of-way on Reems Road directly north of Orangewood Avenue. The City has determined it is in the public's interest to abandon this right-of-way since it is no longer needed for the health, welfare and safety of its citizens. Glendale City Council must authorize completion of the abandonment by ordinance. The City of Glendale Council will consider approval of this abandonment at its November 25, 2025, meeting to be held at 5:30 p.m. at the City of Glendale Civic Center, 5750 West Glen Drive, Glendale, Arizona 85301.
