Notice of Filing Declarations of Candidacy For Board of Directors of Public Water Supply District #9   Public Water Supply District No. 9 of Boone County Missouri will accept declarations of candidacy, starting at 8:00 a.m. December 9, 2025 and ending December 30, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. for a member of the Board of Directors to be elected at the regular District election to be held on April 7, 2026. The Sub-District up for election is #5. The term of the office is three years. Candidates shall be a voter of the District and shall have resided in said District one whole year immediately prior to their election, must be at least twenty-five years of age, and must reside in the Sub-District the candidate seeks to represent. Sub-District boundary lines and forms of declaration of candidacy are available upon request during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Public Water Supply District No. 9 Office, 391 N. Rangeline Road, Columbia, MO 65201.
