The requisite Affidavit for Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you,
UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS,
Defendants in the above-entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, McDonough County, Illinois, by said Plaintiff, against you and other Defendants, praying for the foreclosure and for other relief of Mortgages conveying the premises described as follows, to-wit:
Tract I:
That part of Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Twenty-six (26) in the Original Town, now City of Macomb, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Deed Record “A”, page 428 described as: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot One (1); thence running West along the North Line of said Lots One (1) and Two (2), Eighty feet (80’); thence South parallel to the West Line of Lot One (1), Sixty feet (60’); thence East parallel to the North Line of said Lots One (1) and Two (2), Eighty feet (80’); thence North along the East line of Lot One (1), Sixty feet (60’) to the point of beginning, said premises being located at the Southwest corner of Jackson and Campbell Streets, EXCEPT for the following described tract: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Lot One (1), said point being 29.76 feet normal distant Westerly from the Southerly Extension of the existing Center Line of pavement in place of F.A. Route 10 (S.B.I. Route 3) (U.S. Marked Route 67 and 136); thence South 00 degrees 01 minutes 54 seconds East on the East Line of said Lot 1, a distance of 10.73 feet to a point being 29.71 feet normal distant Westerly from said Center Line Extension; thence North 55 degrees 01 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of 18.61 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot One (1), said point being 45.00 feet normal distant Westerly from said Center Line Extension; thence North 89 degrees 46 minutes 05 seconds East on the North Line of said Lot One (1), a distance of 15.24 feet to the Point of Beginning. Situated in the City of Macomb, in the County of McDonough in the State of Illinois.

Lot Six and the West Five (5) feet of Lot Seven (7), in Block Seven (7) in Holmes Second Addition to the Original Town, now City of Macomb, situated in the County of McDonough and State of Illinois.
PIN: 11-300-523-00
(collectively, the “Real Estate”).
The Mortgages were recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of McDonough County, Illinois as Documents No. 2023-707, 2023-1568, 2022-2649 and 2023-1567.
Summons was duly issued out of the said Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending.
NOW, THEREFORE, unless you, the said above-named Defendants, file your answer to the Complaint in the said suit or otherwise make your appearance therein, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of McDonough County, McDonough County Courthouse, 1 Courthouse Square, Macomb, Illinois within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this Notice default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a decree entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
