NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS   INSURANCE COMMISSIONER, TRINIDAD NAVARRO, hereby gives notice that PUBLIC HEARINGS will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Delaware Department of Insurance, 1351 West North Street, Suite 101, Dover, Delaware 19904.   The purpose of the Hearings is to address the Delaware Department of Insurance’s complaints against individual licensees for violations of Chapters 17 and 23 of the Delaware Insurance Code. The names of the licensees and the corresponding docket numbers are as follows: Abrams, Martina #5780-2025; Bonilla, Marlon #5727-2025; Cawley, Timothy P. #5733-2025; Daniels, Rena D. #5511-2024; Freeman, Damenion #5749-2025; Maimaron, Jonathan D. #5515-2024; McFarlane, Wendy #5435-2024; Mitchell, Moses Glen #5516-2024; Western International Securities Inc. #5605-2025.   The Hearings will be conducted in accordance with the Delaware Administrative Procedures Act, 29 Del. C. Chapter 101. The Department may close some portions of the Hearings to the public to the extent information of a confidential nature is to be discussed during the Hearings. A party has the right to present evidence, be represented by Delaware counsel, and to appear personally or by other representative. The Delaware Insurance Commissioner or his delegate is obligated to reach a decision based on the evidence received. 11/12&11/13-NJ
