Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that KB Buck Road LLC has submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection a Notice of Intent to Remediate for a site located at 1233 – 1235 Buck Road, Northampton Township, Bucks County, PA. This Notice of Intent to Remediate states the site historically operated as a commercial rose growing business that included use of greenhouses and an orchard. The site has been found to be impacted with arsenic and lead which have contaminated limited areas of soil on the site. KB Buck Road LLC has selected the residential Statewide Health Standard and they have indicated that the proposed remediation measures will be physical removal and offsite disposal of impacted soil and post-excavation demonstration of attainment soil sampling.
