To the above-named Defendants: All known and unknown claimants and all persons known or unknown claiming any right, title or interest and all of their heirs, spouses, assigns, grantees, legatees, devisees and all beneficiaries of each and all of the above-named defendants, including but not limited to all creditors, heirs, spouses, assigns, grantees, legatees, and devisees of Lee Seydel aka Lee C. Seydel
You are notified there was on November 6, 2025 filed in the Office of the Clerk of the above-named Court a Foreclosure Petition, which prays for foreclosure of a mortgage in favor of the Plaintiff on the property described herein and judgment in rem in the amount of $130,093.20 plus interest at the rate of 3.625% per annum from May 1, 2025, such amount equaling $12.92 per day, the costs of the action including title costs of $235.00, and reasonable attorney fees and that said sums be declared a lien upon the following-described premises from December 11, 2015, located in Johnson County, Iowa, to-wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section Nineteen (19), Township Eighty-one (81) North, Range 5, West of the 5th P.M., Johnson County, Iowa, thence East along North line of said Section 29.0 feet to a corner post; thence South along a fence line 1,299.75 feet to an iron pin and the point of beginning; thence South 289.7 feet to the centerline of the County Road; thence West 600.5 feet on the centerline of said road; thence North 326.7 feet to an iron pin; thence East 597.2 feet to the point of beginning
that the mortgage on the above-described real estate be foreclosed, that a special execution issue for the sale of as much of the mortgaged premises as is necessary to satisfy the judgment and for other relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
