WS85090005-WS90320008 - BUREAU OF RECLAMATION STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE DUE: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2025 AT 12:00 PM *All times are local Phoenix time Scope of Work The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for the North Gateway Advanced Water Purification Facility project. Services will include a preliminary study, design, construction administration and inspection services and program management. The North Gateway Facility will be located in Phoenix, north of Loop 101. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program. Pre-Submittal Meeting Information A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington St., 9th Floor Training Room and via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be directed to the Contracts Specialist.
