NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Premises: 14 Wenham Street, Danvers, MA 01923
By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by John Mscisz to U.S. Bank National Association, and now held by U.S. Bank National Association, said mortgage dated October 29, 2018 and recorded in the Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 37112, Page 602, as affected by a Loan Modification dated March 1, 2022 and recorded in the Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 40823, Page 162; said mortgage was assigned from U.S. Bank National Association to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC by assignment dated July 9, 2019 and recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Book 37677, Page 377; said mortgage was assigned from Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC to U.S. Bank National Association by assignment dated June 2, 2020 and recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Book 38617, Page 575; for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction on December 8, 2025 at 02:00 PM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:
The land in said, together with the buildings thereon, bounded and described as follows:
SOUTHEASTERLY by Wenham Street, eighty-one and 50/100 (81.50) feet;
SOUTHWESTERLY by Lot B on the plan hereinafter mentioned, sixty--nine and 10/100 (69.10) feet;
SOUTHERLY by said Lot B, as shown on said plan hereinafter mentioned, sixteen and 00/100 (16.00) feet;
WESTERLY by land now or formerly of B. & M. Railroad Company, four hundred sixty and 00/100 (460.00) feet;
NORTHEASTERLY by land now or formerly of Adams, three hundred five and 00/100 (305.00) feet; again
SOUTHEASTERLY by land now or formerly of Ryan and of Coe, one hundred fifty and 00/100 (150.00) feet; and
EASTERLY by said land of Coe, ninety-two and 00/100 (92.00) feet.
Be all of said measurements, more or less, or however otherwise bounded and described; being the premises shown as Lot A on plan dated July, 1948, by John W. Parsons, Surveyor, recorded with Essex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 3613, Page 392, and containing 59,600 square feet of land according said plan.
Said premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of Right of Way Option as set forth in document recorded with said Deeds, Book 2624, Page 445.

The description of the property contained in the mortgage shall control in the event of a typographical error in this publication.
For Mortgagor’s Title see deed dated September 25, 2018 and recorded in the Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 37112, Page 600.
TERMS OF SALE: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.
FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) Dollars of the purchase price must be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check at the time and place of the sale by the purchaser. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
