Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the Calallen Administration Building, at 4205 Wildcat Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78410 on Wednesday at 8:30 o'clock a.m., November 19, 2025. Project consists of replacement of existing HVAC split DX and packaged units with new, installation of new HVAC equipment, general roofing repairs for HVAC, electrical and BAS support connections and general construction work indicated on drawings and specifications.
