REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS San Patricio County NOTICE is hereby given that the County of San Patricio, Texas, is requesting qualifications (RFQ) for Engineering, Architectural, and Environmental Services for San Patricio County's Parks. These services are being solicited to assist the County of San Patricio, Texas with Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act (GOMESA) funds. Proposals must be received by the County no later than 2:00PM on Dec 1st, 2025 to be considered. Any proposal delivered or received after 2:00 pm will not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee. The County reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
