SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION
TO: (1) THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF ROBERT LOUIS PALMER, SR., DECEASED
(2) TINA DEDEAUX, as natural mother and next friend of the remainder beneficiary, ALEXA JAYE PALMER, a minor, a qualified beneficiary.
You have been made a Defendant in the Petition for Authority to Terminate Noncharitable Irrevocable Trust for the Benefit of Lee Patrick Palmer Pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 91-8-411(b) (as amended), to Determine Heirs-at-Law of Robert Louis Palmer, Sr., deceased, to Distribute Assets, Pay Fees and Expenses, and to Fully Release and Discharge Trustee filed on October 20, 2025 (Doc. #2) filed in this Court by BankPlus, currently serving Trustee of the noncharitable irrevocable trust created under the Last Will and Testament of Robert Louis Palmer, Sr., for the benefit of Lee Patrick Palmer. You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition filed against you in this action at 10:00 a.m. on the 18th day of December, 2025, before the Honorable Crystal Wise Martin in the chancery courtroom of the courthouse for the First Judicial District of Hinds County at Jackson, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you forever barring you from filing any claim against the assets of the trust, the Trustee, the beneficiaries, their agents or any other things demanded in said Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
