Whereas, judgment has been rendered against certain parcels of real property taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and costs, as follows:

Total Taxes, Costs, Etc.: $62,710.00 (Sixty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Dollars)
Pursuant to R.C. 5722.03, the lands have been determined by the Wayne County Reutilization Corporation to be nonproductive and, if at the foreclosure sale, no bids are received, the land shall be sold or transferred to the Wayne County Reutilization Corporation.
Whereas, such judgment orders such real property to be sold by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of said judgment;
Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, Thomas Ballinger Sheriff of Wayne County, Ohio, will sell such real property at public auction, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least $62,710.00 against the parcel at
10:00 A.M. in the Lobby of the Justice Center, 201 W. North Street, Wooster , Ohio, on Wednesday , the 3rd day of December ,2025 If any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place, on the 17th day of December , 2025 for an amount that equals at least $62,710.00 .
Terms of Sale: CASHIER CHECK OR CERTIFIED CHECK DUE AT TIME OF SALE. Balance due 30 days after the Confirmation of Sale is signed by the Judge.
Deposit Amounts: If the starting bid of the property is less than or equal to $10,000.00, the deposit will be $2,000.00 If the starting bid of the property is greater than $10,000.00 but less than or equal to $200,000.00, the deposit will be $5,000.00. If starting bid of the property is greater than $200,000.00, the deposit will be $10,000.00.
