REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS FOR PROPERTY ACQUISITION VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD 3771 GRANT STREET (PPN 50-03151) The Village of Richfield is currently accepting sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. on December 23rd, 2025, for the acquisition of one parcel of real property located at 3771 Grant Street, Richfield, OH 44286 (PPN 50-03151). The Property is in the Village’s Commercial Historic District and is subject to the land use regulations outlined in the Planning and Zoning Code. Most specifically, Chapter 1145 and Section 1181.29 of the Code address historic structures and historic district regulations. A copy of both is included as a part of this bid package.
