POTTER COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT NOTICE OF LEASE The Potter County Commissioner’s Court is accepting sealed proposals for the Lease of a County-Owned Property located at 810 S. Tyler Street, Amarillo TX 79107. The Commissioners Court will consider leasing all or a portion of the property. The County’s continued use of the property for public and employee parking will be a factor considered in evaluating potential tenants. Specifications and required submittal forms may be obtained by contacting the Potter County Purchasing Agent at 806-349-4817 or visiting the County’s website www.co.potter.tx.us. Eligible Proposals must be submitted individually, by designated RFP #1274-25, on the form provided by the County. Proposals must be sealed, identified on the exterior individual envelope/s with the bid#/title and received at the office of the Purchasing Agent at 900 S. Polk St. prior to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 5, 2025. The subject bids are scheduled to be awarded in the Commissioner’s Court session to be held on Monday, December 22,2025 at 9:00 a.m. The Potter County Commissioner’s Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of the County.
