The City of Jacksonville, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information on Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) 12031C0166H, 12031C0160J, and 12031C0167J generally located west of New Kings Road, and south of Plummer Road. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Case No. 25-04-6517P for the Kings Preserve Phases 1 & 2 development. As a result of the revision, the 1-percent-annual-chance water-surface elevations shall increase/decrease or be established, and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain will widen and narrow or be established within the area of revision.
