On behalf of Cellco Partnership and its controlled affiliates doing business as Verizon Wireless, American Towers LLC is proposing to increase the height of an existing guyed telecommunications tower from 194 feet to 215 feet and increase the ground space for an existing guyed telecommunications tower compound by 28 feet x 17.5 feet, along with a 30ft buffer surrounding the current and proposed lease area, at 1698 Butternut Street, Keithsburg, Mercer County, IL 61442, (Lat: 41.092622222222225, Lon: -90.92891944444445), Parcel: 131326200016. The tower structure is fitted with E1 lighting.
American Towers LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Interested persons may review the project application pending with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications by entering Form 854 File No. A1317767. Interested persons may comment or raise environmental impact concerns about the proposed action by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the FCC.
