The Project consists of draining, cleaning, blasting and recoating 3,500,000 million gallon steel reservoir tank interior; power wash, power tool clean, spot prime, and overcoating the tank exterior; installation of a fall protection device; coating and caulking of the concrete foundation; coating, sealing, and caulking of the exposed top, sides, and interior of the valve vault; overcoating piping within the valve vault; and miscellaneous signage.
