LEGAL NOTICE At a meeting of Zanesville City Council on Monday, November 10, 2025 the following legislation was passed by Council and signed by the Mayor. Ordinance No. 2025-114-Introduced by Council-An Ordinance authorizing the proper city officials to waive planning and zoning permit fees for the Muskingum County Engineer. Ordinance No. 2025-123-Introduced by Council-An Ordinance authorizing the City Engineer, the City of Zanesville being hereinafter referred to as the Local Public Agency (LPA), to prepare and submit an application to the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the Transportation Alternatives Program funding for the Third Street Improvements Project, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 2025-124-Introduced by Council-An Ordinance authorizing the proper city official to provide funds for PAWS of Muskingum County, Inc. Ordinance No. 2025-125-Introduced by Council-An Ordinance authorizing the Community Development Director to submit an application for funding through to the ODNR Land & Water Conservation Fund Program and declaring an emergency.
