Application for State Discharge Permit 26DP1326, NPDES Permit MD0054054:
Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Fisheries Service, Tawes Street Office Building 3, 580 Taylor Ave., Annapolis, MD 21401 submitted an application for renewal of a permit to discharge an average of 4.2 million gallons per day of raceway and fish rearing wastewater from the Albert Powell Fish Hatchery, located at 20901 Fish Hatchery Road, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740 to an unnamed Use III-P tributary of Beaver Creek.
