NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Simi Valley Unified School District (District), acting by and through its Board of Education, invites bids for the Purchase of the District’s Surplus Hytera Radio Equipment.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST
The District is inviting bids from interested parties for the Purchase of the District’s Surplus Hytera Radio Equipment. The District intends to sell the entire lot of radio equipment at one time, to one party. The District makes no warranties of any kind, and sale will be final. A list of items is included with the bid documents.
SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Bid Submission Due Date: 2:00 PM on December 17, 2025.
Bids must be submitted in writing, on forms provided by the District, and received by the Purchasing Department in a SEALED envelope clearly marked “Surplus Hytera Radio Equipment” no later than the Bid Submission Due Date shown immediately above, addressed as follows:

The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive inconsequential informalities or irregularities therein. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for receipt of bids.
