NOTICE is hereby given that on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 6:15 p.m. at the Town of Amherst Municipal Building, 4023 County Road Q, Amherst Junction, the Town of Amherst Board Members will hold a public hearing at which time and place all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to amend the comprehensive plan for Jill Groshek, Parcel # 006-55-19 & Debra Spranger, Parcel # 006-55-20
1. A Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use change of:
•0.117 acres of parcel #006-55-20 from L3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use to Residential. Change 0.117 acres of parcel 006-55-19 from Residential to L3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use
2. A rezoning of:
• 0.117 acres of parcel # 006-55-20 from A3 Low Density Agricultural to R1 Rural & urban Fringe Residence. Change 0.117 acres of parcel # 006-55-19 from R1 Rural & Urban Fringe Residence to A3 Low Density Agricultural.
Amendments may be looked at by appointment with Plan Commission Chair, Brenna Olson or Town Clerk.
