NORTH IOWA MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION (NIMECA)
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the NIMECA was held at the NIMECA office in Humboldt, Iowa, on November 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting was called to order by President Brad Honold with the following Directors present: Mitch Langschwager, Alta; Brad Willemssen, Milford *; Brian Quirk New Hampton *; John Bilsten, Algona; Brad Honold, Coon Rapids; Steve Pick, Spencer *; Lisa Harris, Graettinger *; Tim Duhrkopf, Sumner *; Joe Montag, West Bend; Chad Cleveland, Laurens. * indicates attended electronically. Adam Dickinson, Webster City,; Jeff Carson, Grundy Center; and Trevor Kluender, Bancroft were absent.
The following actions were unanimously approved:
Bilsten/Cleveland to approve the minutes of the October 14, 2025 Board meeting.
Bilsten/Montag to approve and file the Operations Reports for September 2025.
Cleveland/Langschwager to approve and file the Financial Reports for September 2025.
Cleveland/Langschwager to approve the 2026 NIMECA budget and to call for a special meeting of the members on December 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. for final approval.
Cleveland/Montag to approve the 2026 CTS budget.
