NOTICE OF DECISION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at the meeting of the Borough of Eatontown Zoning Board of Adjustment on November 10, 2025, the Board adopted a Resolution Certifying Pre-Existing Non-Conforming Use Status for Existing Two-Family Home located at Block 401, Lot 20, known as 58 Tinton Avenue.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the determination of said Board has been filed in the Office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Eatontown Borough Hall, 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, New Jersey, and is available for inspection during the business hours of 9:00am through 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.
This notice is given pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 4:69-6(b)(3).
