NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS Pursuant to Section 141-206 of the Revised Code of the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County (“Revised Code”), the City of Indianapolis through the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services hereby gives notice that they have adopted the following regulations concerning enforcement and permitting fees and penalties, after proper notice and at a public meeting on August 28, 2025. The Board of the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services adopted the updated enforcement and permitting fees and penalties.
