Virtual Hearing CAPE COD COMMISSION TheCape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. At this hearing, the Cape Cod Commission will take testimony and consider public comments received during the public comment period on the Draft Technical Bulletins to the 2025 Draft Regional Policy Plan (“RPP”) for the 15 corresponding goals in the RPP in the issue areas of Capital Facilities and Infrastructure, Climate Change, Coastal Resiliency, Community Design, Cultural Heritage, Economy, Energy, Housing, Ocean Resources, Open Space, Transportation, Waste Management, Water Resources, Wetlands, and Wildlife and Plant Habitat. The primary application of the Technical Bulletins is during Development of Regional Impact Review, and its primary purpose is to assist the Commission in its determination of whether a project is consistent with the goals and objectives set out in the draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan. The Cape Cod Commission may vote at the hearing whether to adopt the Technical Bulletins to the 2025 Regional Policy Plan in the 15 issue areas listed herein and repeal the Technical Bulletins to the 2019 Regional Policy Plan to be effective when the 2025 Regional Policy Plan is effective.
