PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT Bid for Collection & Disposal of Municipal Solid Wastes   Separate and sealed bid proposals for the collection and disposal of municipal solid wastes will be received by Koppel Borough until Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 12:00 PM, at the Borough Office located at 6421 6th Avenue, PO Box I, Koppel, PA 16136 (724-846-8960) and will be opened and read publicly during Borough Council’s regular scheduled meeting held at the Koppel Borough Fire Hall on December 16, 2025 starting at 6:00 PM. The contract period will be for calendar years 2026 through 2028.   Copies of the bidding specifications may be obtained from our website, Koppelborough.gov or in person at the Borough Office.   No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening.   Koppel Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any technical informality, and to accept or reject any bid that it may deem for the best interest of the Borough.   Mary Sue Binkowski Koppel Secretary/Treasurer
