The fee for a copy of the contract documents is $50.00.   A Pre-bid meeting will be held in the municipal building at 640 Red Lion Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 on Friday, January 9, 2026 @ 10:00am.   Lower Moreland Township seeks to make improvements to the stormwater management facilities located near the intersection of Ramage Run Road and County Line Road as well as the Pine Road Elementary School basin. Included will be erosion control measures, clear and grub, basin excavation, construction of baffle walls, outlet structures, amended soils and final stabilization.   Sealed bids will be received by the Township Manager until 11:00 am, on Monday, January 12, 2026, in the Municipal Building at 640 Red Lion Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Bids will be open on the same day, at the same location at approximately 11:05 am.   Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be marked clearly as follows: “Sealed Bid - Ramage Run Basin & Pine Road Elementary School Basin Retrofit Project.” Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, and 100% Payment Bond are included in the contract documents.   Prevailing state wage rates and Public Works Employment Verification Act will apply on this project.   Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders.
