INVITATION TO BID The Brodhead Creek Regional Authority will receive sealed bids online for the following items: 1. “Wastewater Treatment Plant Chemicals” – a. Purchase of bulk chemicals used at the regional wastewater treatment plant including Liquid Aluminum Sulfate and Sodium Hydroxide 25%. 2. “Wastewater Treatment Plant Sludge Removal” – removal and proper disposal of biosolids from Authority’s wastewater treatment plant facility located at 6 South 4th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Bids are to be submitted online via the PennBid Program before December 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on the PennBid website (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Bid security in the form of money orders, bid bonds, certified checks, or cashier’s checks for the amount of 10% of the total bid is required.
