PUBLIC NOTICE MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA PROPOSED PALATIAL GARDENS IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County, Arizona, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., in the Supervisors’ Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson, Phoenix 85003, on formation petitions submitted to the Board proposing the Palatial Gardens Irrigation Water Delivery District in Supervisorial District 3. At the hearing, any landowner within the proposed district may appear and object to the organization thereof or to the proposed boundaries thereof or to the inclusion of his land therein. The Board will hear and consider all comments in favor and against the organization of the district and decide whether to approve or reject the organization of the district with the boundaries proposed in the petition or with modified boundaries. Property owners of Maricopa County, State of Arizona and owning property within the boundaries as illustrated and generally described below, have filed petitions with the County Board of Supervisors to create an irrigation water delivery district. The following three landowners within the proposed district are Cynthia Spencer, Matt McWenie, and Kathryn Skinner shall constitute the committee to file the petition with the Board of Supervisors and represent the petitioners in the organization of the district. This land is included within the boundaries of the Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District, The Salt River Valley Water Users' Association, (collectively referred to as "SRP") and the City of Phoenix and they have consented to the formation of this district.
