AV13000007 AND AV21000117 STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE DUE: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2025 AT 12:00 NOON *All times are local Phoenix time Scope of Work The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide architectural and engineering services for the repair or replacement of all expansion joints, bearing pads, and structural defects on all levels of the Terminal 3 Parking Garage, as well as the repair or replacement of all joint seals, expansion joints, and structural defects on Levels 4 through 9 of the Terminal 4 Parking Garage at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Services include design and possible construction administration and inspection. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $100 million. Pre-Submittal Meeting Information A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at AVN DCS Diamondbacks Conference Room, 500 S. 24th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85034 AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting.
