NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Town of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Fond du Lac Town Board will meet on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Fond du Lac Town Hall to review the proposed farmland preservation ordinance, consisting of text dated September 29, 2025, and map dated September 30, 2025. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Fond du Lac Town Hall, the Town of Fond du Lac Town Board will be conducting a public hearing on the adoption of a revised Town of Fond du Lac Zoning Ordinance, consisting of an ordinance text dated September 29, 2025, and map dated September 30, 2025. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that immediately following the hearing, the Town Board will meet to receive recommendations from the Planning Commission and take final action on the adoption of the proposed farmland preservation zoning ordinance, consisting of text dated September 29, 2025, and map dated September 30, 2025. The hearing and meeting are open to the public and all interested persons are encouraged to attend. Members of the Town Plan Commission may also be present. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available on the Town website or physical copies can be obtained from the Town Clerk.
