The purpose of the hearing is to consider an appeal of a decision of the Zoning Office denying an application for a Non-Conforming Certificate to continue the operation of a short term rental. The use of the property pre-dated the adoption of a separate stand alone Short Term Rental (STR) Ordinance(s) 158-2026/159-2025 which established new regulations for that use.The application was submitted by Yuiry Lobanov the owner of the subject property.
